Since we collect personal data about you, you have some rights that we would like to make you aware of.

  • Have incorrect personal data rectified (right to rectification)

3. How long do you store my data?

We only collect, process, store and disclose data that we are entitled to, pursuant to Danish and EU data protection rules. We only collect, process, store and disclose data that is necessary to conduct our business. In short, we only process personal data as long as we have 1) legal authority (e.g. consent or legal basis), 2) a legitimate purpose.

If data is no longer necessary, or there is no longer legal authority for processing, it is destroyed. Taking the newsletter example again, your personal data will no longer be relevant to us if you unsubscribe from the newsletter, as we will no longer need to send you emails. Therefore, upon unsubscription from the newsletter, your data is destroyed and your consent for us to contact you is withdrawn.
