Bring your acquirer agreement or let us help you with a new one
When you already have a payment gateway on your webshop, you also already have an agreement with an acquirer, which is the entity that handles the money from your customers.
When the customer enters their payment card details in your
payment window, our system notifies the acquirer that an amount should be charged from the customer's account.
As soon as you have shipped the order to the customer and mark it in Freepay, the acquirer charges the amount from the customer and ensures it arrives in your business account a few days later. Fast, easy and secure.
Freepay has good partnership agreements with Trust Payments, Shift4, Elavon, Clearhaus, and NETS, which are some of the largest acquirers in the Danish market.
If your acquirer agreement is with one of them, you can bring it along when you switch to Freepay. If you don't already have an agreement with one of them, we are ready to help you get a good deal.
