You can refund a captured transaction in two ways. It can be done via our API, or you can select the menu item "Payments" in the menu on the left side. Here you can search for the desired transaction, and under actions choose refund.

It is the card issuer (the bank) that decides which two-factor authentication is to be used in connection with online payment. MitID and SMS + code are the forms of two-factor authentication used by most banks/issuers in Denmark.

Here you receive a one-time code via SMS that you must use to complete the purchase, and you must enter a password that you choose yourself. It is also possible to purchase without MitID if you use MobilePay, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

On My Freepay, select the menu item "Payments" in the menu on the left side.

Below the date picker it says "New payment v". In that dropdown you can choose to see captured payments.

Log in to My Freepay.
Go to payments, here you can see your transactions that have not been captured.
Click Delete and you delete the transaction (Delete, which is red).

Note that the amount reserved on the customer's bank account may take 1 to 3 business days before the reservation is released.

The vast majority of contracts with your acquirer contain a turnover limit.

This turnover limit can be e.g. 50,000 DKK over 30 days.

This does not mean that your customers cannot place an order if you suddenly reach 50,000 DKK in turnover in under 30 days, but it means that you cannot capture the money until your acquirer raises your turnover limit, or you are again below 50,000 DKK over 30 days.

This is purely for security reasons, so we minimize the risk of fraud - for both you as a webshop owner, and us as an acquirer.

You can delete an order without any issues. You can do this in My Freepay.

Log in to My Freepay. Go to Payments in the menu on the right side, find the order you wish to delete, and click the Delete button. A pop-up window will appear asking if you are sure.
Click Yes here.

** We recommend that the deletion is done via your webshop **

If you do not wish to capture the full order amount, but only a part of it, e.g. for a partial delivery of an order, you can in WooCommerce go to the order. On the right side you see the box "FreePay Payment".

Here you have several options. "Capture the full amount", "Capture a specific amount" and "Cancel". In the text box under "Capture amount" you enter the amount you wish to capture, and click on "Capture a specific amount".

The desired amount will then be captured, and you will later have the option to capture the remainder.
