How it works in practice
#1 Download and activate the app: Once you have entered into an agreement with Freepay & Softpay, you will receive access to the app and login details. The app is installed on an Android and soon iOS device. #2 Enter the amount in the app: Open the app, enter the amount the customer needs to pay. #3 Customer pays contactlessly: The customer holds their card, mobile or smartwatch to your device, just like at a regular terminal. #4 Payment is completed: The transaction is processed securely, and the funds are typically in your account within 48 hours
