What will happen now is the following:
Your application will be sent to you from Trust Payments via Docusign, and once it has been signed, Trust Payments will begin processing. The processing time is 1 to 3 business days. (In some cases, it may happen that Trust Payments needs additional information.)
When the application has been approved by Trust Payments, the contract will be sent to you. Once the contract has been signed by both parties, it may take up to 48 hours before it is active.
Setup:
We will set up Trust Payments for you and activate it on Freepay. We will notify you by email when Trust Payments, as acquirer, is active.
* For good measure, we would recommend that a test purchase of 1 DKK is made.Other information:
When does Trust Payments pay out my money?
It depends on the type of business.
For online commerce typically once a week, unless otherwise agreed.
For subscriptions it will be daily with a 3-day delay.
For POS merchants with low risk, however, it can be daily payouts.
In addition, Trust Payments only pays out when the balance on your account with them is above 26 EU.
