What can you do with Storebuddy?
Automagic bookkeeping:
Orders and returns webshop
They automate the bookkeeping of orders and credit notes, so you do not need to manually enter orders into your accounting software. You also do not need to manually create credit notes when, for example, you receive a return from your customer, or orders are cancelled/rejected.
Payments and refunds (payment gateway):
They fetch all payments and refunds from your payment gateway (e.g. Freepay), ensuring that all orders have a matching payment. You thus avoid having to go through many lines in the payouts from your acquirer to check whether you have received payment for all orders and then reconcile invoices manually.
Payouts from acquirer (acquirer):
When you receive money from your acquirer, they automate the bookkeeping of money you receive in the bank, as well as the calculation and bookkeeping of fees. This way you avoid having to export CSV files from your acquirer and import them into e-conomic, or bookkeep them manually.
Webshop reconciliation:
Running a webshop requires having many balls in the air at once. Therefore, accounting does not always come first. Errors often occur that can be difficult to find due to the number of transactions one needs to keep track of. It can become expensive in bookkeeper and auditor hours if you do not have 100% control.
They have created the world's first total reconciliation report for webshops, which using data from the payment gateway and artificial intelligence, can identify errors down to order level. So if you withdraw too much, too little, forget to withdraw, forget to refund, or in some other way make errors that create discrepancies and additional costs for the bookkeeper - they know where the error is. Their integrations with payment gateways can, in addition to helping with reconciliation, correctly allocate your receivables from your acquirers in the accounts, so you do not need to mix payments from 5 different acquirers on one account.
